National Information Structure for Person-based Health Care Documentation

This project is commisioned by Socialstyrelsen and run together with Linköping University. The aim is to develop a uniform and standardized information structure for improved interoperability between various parties involved in heatlh care activities, including the perspectives of clinical care and research, home help service personnel, patients and relatives, and finally also service vendor and product manufacturing companies.
